Job summary

Feros Hotel Group is hiring for Chef or Cook roles at Highfield. Casual opportunities range from Cooks to Chef De Partie, depending on experience. You’ll handle daily food prep, maintain quality, and ensure food safety in a high-volume kitchen.

Required: at least 1 year in a professional kitchen, Australian work rights, and a rotating roster. Benefits include staff discounts and development opportunities within the Feros Group.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a professional kitchen.
• Trade qualifications to a minimum Certificate III for Chefs.
• Australian work rights. No sponsorship available.
• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday including weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Ability to manage own sections and deliver high standard of food.
• Food hygiene compliance and HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities
