You'll work with the Head Chef and team, delivering high‑quality meals while staying within standard recipes and presentation. Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy kitchen, café, restaurant, bistro or hospitality venue.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• A genuine passion for food, quality and presentation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; reliable and flexible.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, cook and present menu items to a high standard across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Ensure food is prepared and plated consistently in line with recipes, presentation standards and service expectations.
• Assist with daily food preparation and service in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures at all times.
• Contribute to stock rotation, storage and minimisation of food waste.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Support the delivery of seasonal menus and daily specials.
