Job summary

Izakaya Sumi in Mount Lawley is seeking an experienced chef & cook for a fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills, able to work in a team environment and autonomously.

The role is full-time with a weekly roster and a competitive hourly rate based on experience. Must have two years' experience and be able to work in Australia, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with references.
• Demonstrated experience in Japanese cuisine preparation and cooking techniques.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Fully available over a 7-day roster.

We are seeking an experienced chef & cook with previous experience in cooking for our fast paced restaurant in Mount Lawley. The successful applicant must be committed to our kitchen team on a daily basis.

You must also be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be responsible. You be willing to work in a team environment and autonomously.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (plus superannuation)

• The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references

• Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
• Be able to work under pressure
