Compass Group Pty Limited is hiring a full-time Chef at the Borneo Barracks, Cabarlah, Toowoomba region. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, uphold HACCP and food safety, assist with stock and deliveries, and ensure quality, portions and presentation meet standards.

Ideal candidates hold Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with bulk catering or commercial kitchen experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Experience in commercial kitchens or bulk catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
