Job summary

Compass Group ESS Defence invites a dedicated Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen at the Army Aviation Centre in Oakey, Toowoomba region. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, uphold HACCP standards and support stock and deliveries in a busy bulk catering environment.

We offer a no late nights roster, on-site parking, uniforms and meals provided, plus ongoing development and career progression within Compass Group.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in commercial kitchens or bulk catering environments
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive and team-focused approach
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
