• Monitoring quality of dishes, preparation and presentation
• Discussing food preparation issues with Head chef, kitchen and waiting staff
• Be fast, efficient and work able to work well under pressure
• Have effective communication skills
• Normal kitchen cleaning duties including full wash down of equipment at end of shift and weekly deep cleaning will be a requirement
• Work within the requirements of food safety, food handling as required by council for food premises registration and legal requirements
