• Ensure compliance with HACCP Food Safety Plan, monitor food safety standards, maintain hygiene in preparation areas, and complete all Food Safety Documentation accurately and promptly.

• Must be available to work on weekends (Rotational Roster)
• Work Location - Onsite
• Annual Salary - $80,000 - $85,000
