Cater Care is seeking a Head Chef to lead our site’s culinary operations at a contract site in NSW, delivering high-quality, comforting meals in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead and mentor the kitchen team, oversee food preparation, stock control, ordering and budgeting, while ensuring strict food safety and OH&S standards, and fostering a safe work culture.

Qualifications

• Trade Qualified Chef with proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Experience in remote, bulk catering, or large-scale hospitality operations is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

The Role
