Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited seeks an experienced Chef to join the team at RAAF Base Wagga, Forest Hill, NSW. This full-time FIFO role operates on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, with flights from Sydney or Brisbane and shared accommodation on roster.

You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and uphold HACCP and food safety standards. Responsibilities include stock control, menu execution and daily production, plus teamwork in a structured kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Experience in commercial kitchens, catering or bulk food production.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a positive and team-focused approach.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at RAAF Base Wagga, Forest Hill. This FIFO opportunity is ideal for chefs who enjoy working in a structured environment, preparing quality meals and being part of a supportive team.
