Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a casual Chef in Port Macquarie, NSW. The role involves preparing, cooking and serving meals in line with procedures, applying food safety standards and maintaining documentation. You will rotate stock and ensure waste is minimised, while contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

The position requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and NPC clearance (or willingness to obtain one). Casual hours with learning and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery required.
• NPC: Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one).
