Job summary

Harrigan’s Cameron Park in Newcastle is seeking dynamic, creative and career‑focused Chefs to join our busy kitchen on a casual basis. You’ll work in a team‑oriented environment, delivering high quality meals to guests and patrons, reporting to the Head Chef.

The role requires ala carte and functions experience, a modern and creative cooking style, excellent time management and strong communication. Weekend and lunch/dinner split shifts are part of the roster, with opportunities to grow within

• Previous experience in an ala carte and functions environment.
• A confident, modern and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation.
• Great communication skills and ability to train/develop a motivated cohesive brigade.

Harrigan’s Cameron Park aims to provide the highest quality food and service, so it is imperative that applicants for these roles enjoy working in a busy, team orientated kitchen environment providing high quality meals to all customers.

Reporting to the Head Chef you will have culinary flair as well as a positive attitude to help support the kitchen team.

Chefs/Cooks - You will also have:
