Job summary

BlueCare at Arundel Woodlands Lodge Aged Care is seeking a skilled Chef to prepare, cook and serve meals for residents, ensuring dietary requirements and food safety are met. You will support menu design, maintain quality standards and follow SOPs in a high-volume kitchen.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, have at least 3 years of experience, and understand Australian standards.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification required, eg. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef.
• Knowledge of Australian food and beverage standards.
• Ability to work with dietary requirements and food safety standards.
