Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Chef for our Carbrook Aged Care Facility in Queensland. This permanent full-time position runs Mon-Fri, focusing on safe, high-quality meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.

The role involves supporting menu design, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering meals with attention to presentation and nutrition. We welcome applicants with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

  • Hold a relevant trade qualification, eg. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australia).
  • Experience in safe food preparation, storage and delivery.
  • Understand WHS and dietary requirements for aged care residents.
