Job Description

Press is seeking a Full Time Chef. Press is located at 33 Bultje Street, Dubbo, NSW. This is around 5 hours west of Sydney.

Your Duties will Include:

• preparing for service, which includes ensuring the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary ingredients, as well as cleaning, cutting and marinating food
• cooking and serving food, while coordinating with other kitchen staff and wait staff
• maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen
• creating new dishes and planning menus
• ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation
• hiring and training junior chefs

Salary: $73,000

Experience Required: 3 Years +

Formal Trade Qualifications and International Exposure Preferred.
