Job summary

The Trade Coast Hotel in Pinkenba, Brisbane is seeking a full-time Sous Chef who is highly motivated with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering modern food in a casual dining environment.

Trade qualifications are required, with 1–3 years' relevant experience, excellent organisational and grooming standards, and flexibility to work a 7-day/night roster. CVs with referees and contact details are preferred for consideration.

• Trade qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).
• Minimum 1-3 years' relevant experience.
