Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all breakfast menu items to a high standard.
• Set up the breakfast station and ensure mise en place before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
• Follow recipes and portion controls consistently.
• Ensure speed and efficiency during peak breakfast hours.
• Assist with stock rotation and report low ingredients to Head Chef.
• Clean down kitchen and equipment after breakfast service.
• Adapt to special dietary requirements and customer requests.
• Support the team in other kitchen duties when required.

Qualifications & experience

• Must have at least 2 years prior experience as a Breakfast Chef

• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes
