Job summary

Longreach Tavern in Longreach, Queensland, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead our morning kitchen and deliver high-quality breakfast service to guests.

You will develop menus, oversee inventory and cost control, and uphold food hygiene standards, while working with a dedicated team in a historic outback setting. Offsite accommodation is provided and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Breakfast Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and service.
• Ability to work independently and manage morning service.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Passion for producing quality food and guest experiences.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred.
