Job summary

Cumberland Charter Yachts is seeking a skilled maintenance team member at Coral Sea Marina, Airlie Beach, Queensland. You will keep a fleet of vessels in prime condition, perform turnarounds for new charters, and ensure safety protocols are followed to protect guests and the brand.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience maintaining vessels mechanically and cosmetically, and can brief guests on safety and vessel features. This casual role offers 38–40 hours per week with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining vessels mechanically and cosmetically.
• Ability to perform turnarounds for charters.
• Strong mechanical checks for accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as directed by Operations Manager and Dock Supervisor.
• Brief charter guests on vessel safety.
• Care for tools when in use and in storage.
• Follow safe working practices at all times.
