Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a senior FP&A professional to partner across Charters, network analysis and portfolio performance at Mascot HQ. You will coordinate the end-to-end financial view and provide commercial insight to support decisions.

The role is a 24-month fixed-term, full-time position based at Mascot, reporting to the Head of Finance - Planning and Performance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, models and collaborate across finance, commercial and operations to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Strong driver-based forecasting and modelling including pricing, costing and scenario analysis.
• Influence senior leaders and move discussions from analysis to action.
• Experience partnering with operational units in a large, complex organisation.
• Clear communication and facilitation of analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• CA or CPA qualified or equivalent in finance/commerce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end financial view of Charters across commercial, operational and finance teams.
• Own and improve charter pricing and costing models for proposals and contracting.
• Deliver network and portfolio analysis and improve performance reporting.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for charter revenue with a credible outlook.
• Collaborate with finance systems and profitability stakeholders to strengthen data and reporting.
