• 8+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Experience leading and developing a team and setting priorities.
• Strong driver-based forecasting and modelling capability.

• Surface forward-looking opportunities, risks, and shape commercial responses.
• Translate complex analysis into simple, influential executive communication.
