Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking a finance business partner for Charters, based at Mascot HQ in Sydney. In a 24-month fixed-term, full-time role, you will provide dedicated FP&A support across Charters, network analysis and portfolio performance.

Reporting to the Head of Finance – Planning and Performance, you’ll integrate inputs from commercial, operational and finance teams to drive informed decisions and credible forecasts. Strong communication and CPA qualification desirable.

Qualifications

• 6+ years FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with pricing, costing and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end financial view of Charters across commercial, operational and finance teams.
• Own and improve charter pricing and costing models for proposals and contracting.
• Deliver network and portfolio analysis, and enhance performance reporting.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for charter revenue with credible outlooks.
• Partner with finance systems and profitability stakeholders on reporting.
