Job summary

Qantas seeks an experienced Finance Partner for Charters, located at Mascot HQ in Sydney. You will coordinate the end-to-end financial view and drive pricing, costing, and performance analysis across commercial, operations and finance teams.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and reporting for charter revenue, with strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and actionable insights to support senior decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering with a track record of turning data into insights.
• Strong forecasting, pricing and scenario analysis capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end financial view of Charters across commercial, operational and finance teams.
• Own and improve charter pricing and costing models with clear assumptions and sign-offs.
• Deliver network and portfolio analysis and enhance performance reporting and planning processes.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for charter revenue with credible outlook based on volume, price and timing.
• Partner with finance systems and profitability stakeholders to strengthen data and reporting.
