Qantas seeks a senior FP&A leader to drive segment performance insight and decision support for Qantas Airlines. You will manage a team of three Senior Financial Analysts at Mascot HQ and report to the Head of Finance, Planning and Performance to deliver forward-looking recommendations.

This 12-month fixed-term, full-time role offers high visibility across the airline, with cross-functional collaboration to translate insights into commercial actions and stronger accountability.

• 8+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong driver-based forecasting and modelling capability.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and move discussions from analysis to action.
