Mondial Telephone Fundraising in Sydney is seeking an outbound Fundraising Coordinator to contact charity supporters, thank them, and invite ongoing donations. You’ll be coached and supported by Team Leaders with three days of paid training to ensure you succeed.

Requirements include Australian working rights, a completed High School Certificate, and availability for at least 25 hours per week, including two weekday evenings until 8pm and every second Saturday (10am–5pm).

Formación

• Clear and warm communication over the phone.
• Ability to log call outcomes accurately in the system.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to charity supporters across campaigns.
• Thank supporters and share impact of giving.
• Invite supporters to increase or restart donations on a regular basis.
• Handle questions with care and honesty; manage objections.
