Zusammenfassung

Taldumande Youth Services Inc in Sydney is seeking a part-time Fundraising and Engagement Coordinator to drive fundraising, community engagement, marketing and communications from our St Leonards Head Office. The role offers autonomy to lead projects from planning to completion and requires collaboration with the CEO and external providers.

The position is four days per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with responsibilities spanning donor relations, event management, grant applications

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience in fundraising.
• Experience in fundraising, grants, events or a similar role in not-for-profit.
• Strong written communication and ability to prepare funding applications and proposals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Current Paid Working with Children Check and NSW driver licence are required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the annual fundraising plan, including campaigns and community fundraising initiatives.
• Identify funding opportunities and prepare grant applications, proposals and reports.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising, organisational and community events, including the Gala Dinner.
• Manage Gala Dinner logistics, sponsorship, auctions, guest administration and post-event activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors and community supporters.
• Coordinate marketing and communications with external providers.
• Oversee production of annual report and publications.
• Support CEO with major donor engagement and reporting.
