Job summary

This part-time position requires 25 hours per week, including two weekday evenings until 8pm and every second Saturday, on-site at the North Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Australian working rights.
• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Availability for at least 25 hours per week, including two weekday evenings until 8pm and every second Saturday (10am–5pm).
• Able to work on site at the North Sydney office.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to charity supporters across campaigns.
• Thank supporters and share the impact of their giving.
• Invite supporters to increase or restart regular donations.
• Handle questions and objections with care and honesty.
• Record call outcomes and supporter details accurately.
• Follow fundraising compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Team Leader for coaching and skill building.
