Redpath Australia is seeking an experienced Underground Charge Up Operator to join Evolution Mining's Lake Cowal Underground Gold Mine in New South Wales. This role focuses on safe charging of headings for blasting, working with Jumbo Operators and underground crews to support drill and blast activities.

• Ensure compliance with explosives handling, storage and transport requirements.
• Work closely with Jumbo Operators and supervisors to maintain development schedules.
• Identify and report hazards, incidents and equipment defects.
• Complete charging documentation and blast records as required.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards underground.

Redpath Australia is seeking experienced Underground Charge Up Operators to join our operations at Evolution Mining's Lake Cowal Underground Gold Mine in New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-term project with a respected mining contractor while contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of underground mine development activities.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Charge Up Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient charging of underground development headings in preparation for blasting activities. You will work closely with Jumbo Operators, Shift Supervisors and underground crews to ensure drill and blast activities are completed safely, accurately and in accordance with site procedures.
