Westgold Resources is seeking passionate Charge Up Operators for permanent, full-time roles across our Western Australia operations. These positions are FIFO from Perth, offering a stable career with scope across our gold mining sites.

Ideal applicants will have underground experience, appropriate licenses, and a strong commitment to safety while contributing to production targets and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Underground experience as Charge Up Operator is required.
• Familiarity with explosive handling and safety protocols.
• Valid WA Shot Firers license or ability to obtain one.
• DGSC certification and a manual driver’s licence are preferred.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business. Charge Up Operators wanted! Due to growth, we are seeking Charge Up Operators for permanent, full-time roles across our operations with a variety of rosters FIFO ex Perth.

The Role Includes

• Charging development headings and production stopes.
• Handling and transporting explosive materials in a safe manner.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure production targets are met.
• Additional tasks as requested by Supervisor.

What Do I Need?

• Preferred experience working underground as a Charge Up Operator.
• Preferred DYNO Emulsion experience.
• Normet experience preferred.
• WA Shot Firers license.
• Hold a DGSC or willing to apply for one.
• Manual Driver's licence.
• The right to work in a permanent role in Australia.
• Strong understanding of and commitment to safety.
• National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months).
