Job summary

El Jannah Earlwood is seeking an enthusiastic Charcoal Cook to join our opening team. No previous experience required; full on-the-job training is provided to master our signature charcoal chicken and lead a key station from day one.

You will set up and operate the charcoal pit, portion and prepare chicken, and uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards while supporting flow during busy periods with a friendly team.

About the Role

We're looking for Charcoal Cook's to join the team at El Jannah Earlwood. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the El Jannah experience - preparing and cooking our signature charcoal chicken safely, consistently and to recipe standards.

As part of our opening team, you'll help set the standard for everything that follows. No previous experience is required - full training is provided on the job, making this a rare opportunity to learn a specialised craft and be trusted with a key station from day one.
