El Jannah is opening a Corio location and seeks Charcoal Cooks to join the opening team. This hands-on role involves preparing and cooking our signature charcoal chicken to recipe standards.

No previous kitchen experience is required; full training is provided on the job, making this a rare opportunity to learn a specialised craft and be trusted with a key station from day one. As part of the opening team, you will help set the standard for everything that follows.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the charcoal pit safely and efficiently.
• Cook charcoal chicken to El Jannah quality standards, every time.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and station cleanliness.
• Support smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver a great guest experience, the EJ Way.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on role at the heart of the El Jannah experience — preparing and cooking our signature charcoal chicken safely, consistently and to recipe standards. As part of our opening team, you'll help set the standard for everything that follows.
