About the Role

We're looking for Charcoal Cook's to join the opening team at El Jannah Corio. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the El Jannah experience — preparing and cooking our signature charcoal chicken safely, consistently and to recipe standards.

As part of our opening team, you'll help set the standard for everything that follows. No previous experience is required — full training is provided on the job, making this a rare opportunity to learn a specialised craft and be trusted with a key station from day one.

Key Responsibilities
