• Degree in electrical power, new energy, or related field preferred; major not required; basic technical concepts acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and manage distributors, installers, and key accounts.
• Maintain channel partnerships, strengthen brand presence, and expand local market share.
• Participate in exhibitions, technical training sessions, roadshows, and other marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the after-sales team to address customer enquiries, product issues, and complaints.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide feedback to support product optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, follow headquarters’ direction, and implement channel sales policies.
