Job summary

BYD in Sydney is seeking a results-driven sales and business development professional to drive targets in residential energy storage and small-scale C&I markets. You will build and maintain key customer relationships, promote BYD products at events, and support after-sales resolution while feeding market feedback for future product direction.

The role requires 3–10 years of relevant experience and a background in solar energy storage or electrical engineering.

Qualifications

Residential energy storage and small-scale C&I knowledge.
3–10 years relevant work experience.
Major in Solar energy storage or Electrical engineering preferred.
Understanding of residential hybrid inverters, PCS, batteries, and all-in-one systems.

Responsibilities

Execute sales targets and business development plans for the designated city/region in alignment with the company's overall strategy
Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key customers
Brand and Product promotion through exhibitions, technical training, roadshows, etc.
Support local after-sales teams in resolving product quality and after-sales issues
Conduct product research to provide internal feedback for new product development and assist in planning future product strategies
Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams locally
Timely handle and coordinate various daily customer issues and complaints
