As the Change & Release Manager, you will own the framework, lead CAB activities, manage the release calendar, assess risk and deployment plans, and drive automation and maturity initiatives with technology, risk and business

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Release Management or Environment Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL Change and Release Management practices.
• Experience facilitating CAB forums and making risk-based decisions.
• ServiceNow, Jira and Agile delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with governance and delivery balance.

Responsabilités

• Owning and evolving the Change and Release Management framework across Wrap Technology.
• Leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and release governance forums.
• Managing the release calendar and coordinating technology releases across multiple teams.
• Assessing risk, readiness and deployment plans to support successful releases.
• Driving process improvements, reporting and operational maturity initiatives.
• Partnering with technology, risk and business stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes.
• Supporting automation and modern release management practices across the technology landscape.
