Job summary

Brightwater Care Group Ltd. invites applications for a Change Partner to work with leaders and teams as we implement the Bright Workforce project.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity reporting to the Strategic Change Manager and based on-site across our sites in Western Australia. You will collaborate with operational leaders, project teams, Communications, Learning & Development, and Organisational Development to help them understand, prepare for, and embrace new ways of working, using

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and/or implementing change, transition, or improvement initiatives in an operational environment.
• Natural ability to build relationships and establish credibility with leaders and frontline staff.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and practical content.
• Coaching approach that builds capability and confidence in others.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Working with People Leaders as a trusted partner, equipping them with the tools, messages, and support they need to lead their teams through change.
• Joining the Bright Workforce project team to understand what's changing, who it affects, and what support people need.
• Using Brightwater's change toolkit to assess impacts and develop practical change plans with the business.
• Creating clear, practical resources such as leader talking points, FAQs, and quick reference guides for frontline and corporate teams.
• Facilitating workshops, demonstrations, and drop-in sessions, and maintaining a visible presence on-site throughout go-live.
• Supporting Change Champions across Residential Aged Care, Brightwater at Home, and Disability Services.
• Gathering feedback, monitoring adoption, and helping ensure change is sustained well beyond go-live.
