Job summary

Sharon AI is an Australian neocloud delivering AI infrastructure at scale. We are seeking a Change Manager to govern risk-tiered change management across Kubernetes, infrastructure, platform and data centre environments.

You will own the SCR process end to end, classify changes, and chair the CAB for major and customer-impacting changes. You'll collaborate with engineering, platform, network and security teams, operating in a GitOps-driven environment, with exposure to automated pipelines and

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in IT or infrastructure change management
• Strong ITIL change management knowledge and risk-tiered classification
• Experience chairing a CAB and managing changes in live production
• Ability to assess risk, impact and interdependencies with cross-functional teams
• Comfort working with engineers, platform, network, security and executives
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitOps and CI/CD delivery models
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Sharon AI's risk-tiered change management framework
• Chair the CAB for Major and customer-impacting changes
• Assess risk, impact and interdependencies with engineering and data centre teams
• Maintain the master change calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Ensure changes are supported by automated gates and tested procedures
• Own the customer maintenance notification process for changes
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive improvements
• Maintain change records and report trends to leadership
• Drive automation maturity and framework improvements
