Qualifications

• Strong experience in program governance, PMO frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• A track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives in matrixed organisations.
• The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and leadership teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Experience across operational, technology, business process, or cost transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to global operating models, shared services, or multi‑region organisations.
