Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Change Analyst SAP in Brisbane to support SAP transformation initiatives across Asset Management, Procurement, Maintenance, Inventory and other non-finance functions. You will partner with project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and readiness.

The role emphasises change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training support, and risk mitigation within a large ERP program. Brisbane-based with travel opportunities and a flexible work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP environments, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Exposure to SAP modules such as EAM, PM, SD, MM/Procurement, Inventory Management.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and practices.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in complex project or program environments.
• Experience supporting training and learning initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with project teams and business stakeholders.
• Change Management certifications or relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
