Job summary

IT Alliance in Canberra is seeking experienced Change Managers to work with a Federal Government client on ICT and digital transformation initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end change management activities, perform impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, and translate findings into practical plans. Strong ability to coach senior leaders and apply structured OCM methodologies is essential.

Applicants with Canberra-based experience and government project exposure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering end-to-end organisational change management activities for ICT or digital transformation programs/projects.
• Proven ability to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and translate these into practical, executable change plans and actions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to work closely with and coach senior leaders and sponsors in a hands-on capacity.
• Experience applying and operationalising structured OCM methodologies within program and project environments.
