Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Port Macquarie is seeking a trainer and mentor to lead crew, coach and drive our guest-obsessed service culture. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will model safety, provide coaching, and help develop team members across shifts.

You will deliver on-the-job training, support sales through great service, and participate in national marketing initiatives to enhance the guest experience. A high-energy mindset and commitment to inclusion are essential.
