Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of play-based learning following EYLF.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Building and maintaining genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of your room, helping maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Observing and documenting each child's individual development journey.
• Working collaboratively with your team and centre leadership to maintain high-quality care.
• Contributing to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Upholding all obligations under the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services National Law.

About You

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).
• Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and EYLF, or a genuine willingness to build this.
• A genuine, warm and caring approach to early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Available for part-time hours — let us know your preference when you apply.
