Job summary

Honour Early Learning is seeking a dedicated Certificate III Educator to join our brand-new Childcare Centre on Gympie Road, Strathpine. This on-site role offers genuine opportunities to help us build and deliver programs for multiple age groups at Brisbane's newest high-quality service.

The successful candidate will foster a safe, inclusive learning environment, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to ongoing program improvements while meeting EYLF and NQS

Qualifications

• Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates current.
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) valid.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and nurturing a love of learning.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.
• Assist with open and close procedures as required.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
• Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.
