Job summary

Redlynch Daycare is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator currently enrolled in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will work with a supportive team to ensure high-quality education and care in a safe, inclusive environment.

You'll help build relationships with children, families and staff while contributing to engaging educational programs that support learning, development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• A valid Blue Card.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• A current Australian Federal Police (AFP) National Police Check.
• A current Safe Sleep training certificate.
• A current Child Protection training certificate.
• A current driver’s licence or Proof of Age card.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
• Provide high-quality education and care in a safe, nurturing and positive environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and management.
• Contribute to the educational program under the guidance of the Lead Educator.
• Assist with the daily running of the room, including routines, supervision and learning activities.
• Follow all relevant child safety, health, hygiene and workplace procedures.
