Job summary

City of Sydney is seeking a motivated and organised Studio Coordinator to support the operation of our cultural studio spaces across multiple facilities. The role combines studio operations, safety standards, and program support, working closely with Program Coordinators to advise on technical needs and manage assets.

You’ll help deliver accessible, well‑functioning studios, with opportunities to assist public‑facing programs and events while upholding workplace health and safety across sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced ceramic technical skills including kiln management and clay reclaim.
• Experience coordinating studio, workshop or cultural spaces.
• Experience applying workplace health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe, accessible and well‑functioning studio environments.
• Provide technical advice and oversee studio assets and equipment.
• Implement best‑practice safety standards and support program delivery.
