Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee a well-established shopping centre in Murray Bridge and a portfolio of smaller neighbourhood centres. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage retailer relationships, and ensure the trading environment is safe, well presented and welcoming for customers.

The role requires at least 3 years in the property sector (retail management essential), a current Agent’s Rep or Certificate of Registration, excellent communication,

Qualifications

• <=140 characters>3+ years in the Property industry (Retail management essential).
• Certificate of Registration / Agent’s Rep required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proven ability to build relationships with retailers and clients.
• Customer-centric approach with strong time management and organisational skills.
• Current driver’s licence required and knowledge of centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the client in administering leases and licenses.
• Manage and maintain tenancy schedules.
• Assist in preparing annual income and expenditure budgets.
• Manage and maintain bank guarantees.
• Conduct regular centre inspections to ensure presentation standards.
• Monitor maintenance queries and coordinate works.
• Establish strong occupier relationships and manage complaints.
• Provide CAPEX recommendations to the facilities management team.
• Support marketing and promotional activity.
• Oversee arrears management.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Forecast expenses.
