Job summary

Joy Early Learning in Yandina is seeking a Centre Manager to guide the daily rhythm and champion our play-based approach. You will support and inspire a team of educators, nurture strong connections with families, and create a safe, seen, and curious space for children.

With a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood and current Blue Card, you’ll lead with warmth and strong communication, ensure NQF/EYLF compliance, and help shape Joy’s growth across the Sunshine Coast.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Early Childhood Education and approved equivalent
• Current Blue Card
• Strong team leadership and people skills

Responsibilities

• Champion Joy’s play-based philosophy through developmentally appropriate programs
