Job summary

Quickcare in Liverpool, NSW is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a small, close‑knit early learning service. You will guide day‑to‑day operations, mentor staff, and drive quality outcomes for children in a warm community setting.

The role requires a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ACECQA approved), at least 3 years of management experience, and active compliance with NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements. Salary is competitive and includes superannuation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Centre Manager.
• Proven experience leading a service through Assessment and Rating.
• Strong working knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and EYLF.
• Current Working With Children Check (NSW).
• Current First Aid (HLTAID012), anaphylaxis and asthma training.
• Current Child Protection training.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
• Lead the service's Assessment and Rating process, including the QIP and self‑assessment.
• Oversee the educational program and support the Educational Leader in embedding the EYLF V2.0.

• Manage enrolments, occupancy, rostering and budgets.

We're looking for an experienced, Bachelor-qualified Centre Manager to lead our team, build strong relationships with families and guide the service through its next Assessment and Rating.

About the role

As Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the service. You will:

• Lead, mentor and develop a small team of educators and teachers

About you

Essential

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved ECT qualification)
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Centre Manager
• Proven experience leading a service through Assessment and Rating
• Strong working knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and EYLF
• Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
• Current First Aid (HLTAID012), anaphylaxis and asthma training
• Current Child Protection training
• Australian working rights
