Job summary

QuickCare in Liverpool, NSW, is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a small, close-knit early learning service. You will guide day-to-day operations, nurture families and drive quality outcomes.

The role requires ACECQA-approved ECT qualification, 3+ years as Centre Manager, and strong NQF/EYLF knowledge. Competitive salary and superannuation are offered with permanent, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Centre Manager.
• Experience leading a service through Assessment and Rating.
• Strong working knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and EYLF.
• Current Working With Children Check (NSW).
• Current First Aid (HLTAID012), anaphylaxis and asthma training.
• Current Child Protection training.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a small team of educators and teachers.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
• Lead the service's Assessment and Rating process, including the QIP and self-assessment.
• Oversee the educational program and support the Educational Leader in embedding the EYLF V2.0.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and the local community.
• Manage enrolments, occupancy, rostering and budgets.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
