Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a newly built service and drive high-quality outcomes for children and families.

You will oversee operations, staffing, enrolments, occupancy and financial performance while upholding child safety and regulatory compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
• Leadership experience in early childhood education and care.
• Strong knowledge of the NQS, EYLF and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial and organisational capability.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Job description

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our newly built Liverpool service.

About the Role

As a Centre Manager, you will lead the overall operations, performance and culture of the service, creating an environment where children, families and your team can thrive.

You will lead and develop your team, drive quality and compliance, build strong family partnerships and oversee the operational and financial performance of the centre, with child safety and wellbeing at the heart of every decision.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a positive, high-performing team.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, staffing, enrolments, occupancy and financial performance of the service.

• Ensure high standards of regulatory compliance, child safety, safeguarding and quality practice.

• Lead continuous improvement, including the QIP and Assessment and Rating preparation.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families and the wider community.

• Oversee high-quality educational practice and support your leadership team to achieve positive outcomes for children.

About You
