Job summary

Buttercups Childcare seeks an experienced Centre Manager to lead a dynamic team in Western Australia. You will design and implement a high-quality program aligned with Buttercups Pedagogy standards and build strong connections with families and the local community.

Ideal candidates bring Centre Manager or Assistant Manager experience, a deep understanding of EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Regulations, plus leadership and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Diploma in ECE or ACECQA equivalent required.
• Proven leadership and operational experience as Centre/Assistant Manager.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, Education and Care Regulations.
• First Aid, WWCC, Police Clearance or ability to obtain on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional care.
• Design and implement a high-quality educational program based on Buttercups Pedagogy Standards.
• Foster strong relationships with families and the community.
• Oversee day-to-day centre operations and staff recruitment.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment prioritising children's wellbeing and development.
• Create an inclusive, supportive workplace that enables staff to thrive.
